Free, with no delivery to arrange. Here's exactly how it works, and when your order will actually be ready.

1. Add items to your basket

   Shop as normal. Click & Collect orders need a minimum of £75. Local delivery is a separate offer with its own £100 minimum to qualify — it's free once you reach that.
2. Choose your collection day in the cart

   On the cart page, under "Collecting in-store?", pick a date. The earliest available day is always shown to you automatically — you can't accidentally pick a date we can't hit.
3. Select "Pick up" at checkout

   When you reach payment, choose Pick up instead of a delivery address. There's nothing to pay for delivery — collection is free.
4. We'll email you when it's ready

   You'll get a "ready for collection" email the moment your order is packed — not before. If we finish early, you'll hear early.
5. Collect from 37 Regal Drive, Walsall

   We're open for collection every day of the week. Bring your order confirmation (on your phone is fine).

Why two full days? Everything we sell is fresh or frozen, so orders are picked and packed properly rather than pre-boxed on a shelf. Giving ourselves one full working day between your order and your collection date means what you collect is always exactly what you ordered, at the quality you'd expect. If it's ready sooner, we'll tell you sooner.
