Our moka (mola), a tiny river fish prized across Bangladesh for its nutrition is sourced from the rivers and floodplains of Bangladesh, a staple of Bangladeshi home cooking. Cleaned and snap-frozen at peak freshness to preserve its texture and flavour. Perfect for mashed into a simple mustard-oil curry with potato, crispy pan-frying, or adding to a light dal.
